Default Aftermarket chassis for my axles and tranny

I'm getting ready to build a mini comp crawler, I have an MRC pro that's pretty fun but I don't wanna tear it apart to build another so I got a pair of axles and tranny, and now I'm looking for an aftermarket chassis for it since I can't find any new MRC pro chassis and I don't want to buy from the classifieds on here. So lemme know what chassis you guys recommend for this little guy, pics would be great, thanks!

Chaoticcrawlers.com has some really nice ones. Ebay has the Hot Racing which looks promising- just search ebay for losi mini rock crawler chassis. I just got the Bizzarre hobbies carbon chassis sides off ebay for $27.

Like Demodude said Chaotic Crawlers has a nice chassis... They have a delrin version and the new CF version They also make nice Titanium links for it which is the way to go... There is a new chassis coming from Mfawv soon... IDK when it'll be available though... Here's some links

Chaotic Mini Pro Chassis Carbon Fiber

Chaotic Mini Pro Chassis Delrin

How do you decide on chassis size if you're not competing

Looks.....

If you like bodies, go with a pro chassis... If you can't stand bodies on ur rig, go body less chassis an go by looks...

I wasn't sure if different chassis helped with performance or something.

They do.
Each chassis is a little different as far as weight distribution, dimensions and shock/link mounting locations. They are all very similar, just a little different.

Just curious....why would you not want to pick up something from the classifieds here? Lots of us have had good luck with it, especially with some stuff that's fairly hard to come by. I just recently picked up a BWD Mini Wedge Low Pro chassis for my MRC, with the Dub Cab topper. Don't think BWD is currently making them anymore, but you could always contact Don and find out. Haven't had a chance to run mine just yet, as I'm still setting it up, but from what I've read it does quite well.

You dont have to have paypal to buy/sell in the classifieds. It is preferred but some will take a USPS money order.

If directed at me, because I don't have access yet. I know everyone says buy a star but I am a member of way to many forums to support them all. Granted once I get enough post I will search here.
