Default Why cant I tighten my wheel nuts all the way?

I'm running the RC4WD wheel spacers on a Losi Mini Crawler w/ Axial Beadlocks.

If I tighten the bolt all the way the wheels wont spin....hit the throttle and wont budge an inch.

I loosen the bolts and the wheels rotate fine, but the bolts come unscrewed pretty fast when operating the vehicle.

Any thoughts? I have tried using washers, same issue.

Any help? What am I not seeing/doing?

Hello fellow Pa.. The wheel wideners are either pressing into ur bearing or from the semi looks of it, they are pushing into ur knuckles when you tighten them down. If you can, cut a 1/16"off the back. The part closest to ur knuckles. Maybe a,1/8"

Yeah Buddy, PA!

Good idea, are you saying shave off some of the plastic knuckle? (Axle housing)

off the back of your wideners, sounds like they are getting wedged against the bearing on the knuckle when you tighten the barrel nuts down all the way, also a little blue loctite will help to keep the barrel nuts tight, from a former PA guy
