Not what I was expecting...

So when I pulled the mini, I saw this little metal flake all over.

Wire shouldn't be that color? Oooohhhhh, that's cause it's not.. :/

Bearing races are... 8o
I couldn't get the race off the shaft or out of the can..
Guess I better get the parts bag out..

New can, new hand wound 19t armature.. Back together and ready for soldering tomm...

Going to remove the fxr that's served well for years and replace with a new style Br mini. Maybe a new bec while I'm at it..
