Re: 1.9 comp tire height? Depends what comps you're talking about. Scale adventure type comps tend to be capped at 4.8" for 1.9" rims, taller on 2.2's. Sorcca rules have a max tire height of 4.19" for Class 1 but I don't remember about Class 2. Ultimately though, it comes down to whoever is setting the rules for your comp. A lot of local organizations will use sorcca rules as a guideline but make their own allowances that stray from the book. So check with your local crew to find out what's typically done in your area or if you want to find the sorcca rules it's easily Googleable. |
