Pretty much a built thread. Gonna change out the wheels.
I wanted to get my Mini 1.9er finished so I could compare it
with the Ryukin chassis. I loved the looks of it and it seemed like
it would be very capable. Matt at Dinky RC was very friendly and helpful
The Ryukin is made for the ECX Temper, very easy to make the MRC stuff work.
I took the axles and tranny from my 1.9er and put them on here to do a
semi-fair comparison. To see the axles, etc check here:

The tranny; HR metal gears & housing, BWD motor plate, Integy Mini-T
alloy slipper, Kimbrough 64T spur, 12T pinion and HH 380 revolver bl motor.

Had to drill 2 new holes for the MRC trans.

Indoor testing went better than expected!
Gonna try to hit some rocks tomorrow.

So far very pleased with the Ryukin. It does work. A little more tuning and
she's golden. Swapped out the wheels. Changed the driveshafts to the GPM
steel ones, broke a HR one in 5 mins, can't have that.

Picked up some new shoes for the Ryukin.
BWD super skinny billet beadlocks and HB red dot rovers.
I'd like to get my hands on some cut-n-shut pins to try out.
Loving this little guy, crawls like a crab.
