Looks like the start of a good build.

I’d recommend getting the HR aluminum diff carrier for the rear. I sheared the screws off the stock plastic housing ruining it which turned my RR into a front wheel drive rig.

The stock locker will fit in the HR twin hammers carrier with a little effort.

Looks like you’ve got a good start ,
id still replace the stock diff screws with protek screws the HR ones supplied with alu diff aren’t great and don’t use the tiny “anti-back out” shims ,
And also if your keeping the front diff unlocked you definitely want to upgrade the diff washers for the X-ray ones 10x better than stock https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6ee93e0bf5.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7be093cec6.jpg and a decent bearings kit is a must too !

Re: Lets do this!

I found when making the install with the ssd bulkhead the plastic piece which ties into the front didn’t marry up the stock bulkhead seemed to of had rounded corners and the ssd doesn’t so some adjustments with a sharp blade was needed for a nice fit , looks like it’s coming along nicely though [emoji106]

That toe block should be in the back, the front bumper holds front hinge pins.
