Looks like the start of a good build.

Iíd recommend getting the HR aluminum diff carrier for the rear. I sheared the screws off the stock plastic housing ruining it which turned my RR into a front wheel drive rig.

The stock locker will fit in the HR twin hammers carrier with a little effort.

Looks like youíve got a good start ,
id still replace the stock diff screws with protek screws the HR ones supplied with alu diff arenít great and donít use the tiny ďanti-back outĒ shims ,
And also if your keeping the front diff unlocked you definitely want to upgrade the diff washers for the X-ray ones 10x better than stock and a decent bearings kit is a must too !

I found when making the install with the ssd bulkhead the plastic piece which ties into the front didnít marry up the stock bulkhead seemed to of had rounded corners and the ssd doesnít so some adjustments with a sharp blade was needed for a nice fit , looks like itís coming along nicely though

That toe block should be in the back, the front bumper holds front hinge pins.

SSD Third member is set. Had to use different thickness pinion shims to get the thrust correct
