Glamis screw pin discontinued?

Recently I realised I was low on screw pins for the RR and now my diffs seem pretty bulletproof the next thing in line to break are these little blighters .
So I go on horizon hobby Eu and it shows that there are discontinued??? Shock horror !!
What about our RR/BR ,
Anybody noticed them out of stock on he USA site ?

They're discontinued! I have a feeling the RR will be axed soon too. Hopefully someone else will make replacement parts! Ugggg

Iv had to buy the hex and disc break package 1of only 2 kits left ,...that comes with 4 !!!! 4 !!!! Pin screws , and also ordered some from eBay , but yeah it’s not brilliant customer relations is it ?
I’m sure there’s some body on here that works for them Rich Trujillo??? Maybe see if he can’t convince somebody up top to give the nod to get another load commissioned!

I don't see that they're discontinued anywhere? Horizon has them in stock and the Vaterra website doesn't say anything about discontinued?

Has anyone converted to aluminum hexes and threadless pins for the wheels? If so please share part numbers.

I'm not seeing anything about being discontinued either on either hobby shops or even horizon's site right now. Have a hard time believing that they are since they are a part of many of Vaterra's and Horizons offerings. (I.E. Ascender, Halix, RR, etc.).

Might have to do with you being in the UK.

This is what I’m finding so hard to understand ,..maybe they haven’t sold enough ascender, halix, baja and rocks over here to justify sending Europe these screws , not brilliant though

Agreed, not brilliant at all, though its the only thing I am coming up with that would explain it.

That part is shared by all of these:

Vaterra Ascender
Vaterra Glamis Fear
Vaterra Glamis Uno
Vaterra Halix
Vaterra Pre Runner
Vaterra V100S

2 of which are still in production, lol. Must just be out of stock, I dont see it going away. Amain has them in stock BTW

If they do stop production my guess is that any 4mm driveshaft screw pin would fit, SSD makes some EDIT: or not, that shaft looks a bit wider than the Vaterra part

That has given me some hope !
I did think for a second that I could pinch one off the twin hammers which seems to of become a parts car ,
Oh well I’ll just have to buy a few years worth lol
