Default West Monroe Rocks

New info on the rocks where the track was. I meet with the West Monroe park people today and worked out the area and amount of dirt we can use. Greg, Robby, and myself went out today and moved allot of dirt over to the rock area. Next up will be a good bit of rock moving. This will eventually be much better than our original setup.

Donations of portland cement and Quickrete sand topper mix will be welcomed.

I am sorry, sir, but we require that you wire the money directly to one of our bank accounts. We are not doing any IOU chit around here.

It might be several days or a week before we need any. We got to get the 3 or 4 big rocks moved around first, then we can start scattering rocks and get the show rolling.

Some pic of the progress. Robby got the guy spreading the dirt to shove some more dirt over for our use.

They always instantly appear unless a mod has to approve your posts.

I want to come check this place out before an official comp date. I work for an Engineering lab so I can get my hands on plenty of materials like crushed concrete cylinders and beams and buckets of soil samples. Me and mississippirocs are starting to build a scale trail in his yard so some of the stuff is going to that but I can get actual tons of this stuff.

Marvin, Greg, and myself worked on moving rocks today. I will post pics up tomorrow or next. We also purified the rocks with a sacrificial blood letting.

Sorry again Marvin.

Ronzo that would be great if we could get some stuff like that...the more the merrier. I plan on making us/me a scaler area. I have some things in mind. We might had to set a Saturday and ya'll can come up and bring us some "scaler" materials.

Yea that would be cool! I have a lot of stuff around my house b/c I've been building a small scale course around my pool but like I said I can get TONS of stuff! I could maybe even swing a couple of bags of quickcrete as well. I can get real concrete but I think it would be hard by the time I made the 5 hr trip!
