Default Basket Case TH

Well so far the Twin Hammers i bought for a great deal is turning out to be a head ache so far. Thought i was ready to run only to find....i have no place for a 2s battery! So i figured it was time to step up my building skills. So off to the hardware store for some cold rolled steel and some brazing rod. I got to say working with steel and brazing rod is much easier and more rigid then brass and silver solder. Wish i had built the Ford this way. Any way here's a few pics of whats going on. The end part of the chassis was shortened im guessing from a hard crash. So far im digging it. Now the micro servo for the 2 speed is dead. Damn it with the micro servos. This is the second one ive ended up with on a rig and poof ....dead. Lock it in 1st and to heck with it for now.

Got it to this point the realized...where am i to put my battery...uhg!!
