What plate type(breast cancer, custom, antique etc.) and what do you want it to say?

Back to my progress, I found another #2 cross member and put it where the #1 cross member goes and cut the mounting posts off them.

Drilled some holes and mounted the winch.

Now I'm ready for a touch-free run on the north end of Reid SOON!!!!!

I'd have to think about it but when I think of a good I'll let you know and definitely buy one. I'll PM you. Thanks

Got some done on the tundra today. Motor and trans are in, axles are done, new rock krawler shocks, mip shafts, tower pro mg968 servo installed. Made all my links today and steering links from 3/16 solid rod. That sucked but its one more step closer to being done with this truck.

So, I'm building a flatbed trailer for the King Hauler.
Made from 1/4" lexan, it's long enough to fit 2 crawlers end to end, or 3 crawlers piggy-back style.
So far I have the frame built and I need to acquire suspension, axles, and a set of wheels & tires.
None of that stuff is cheap, so I'm saving my pennies...
Maybe it will be finished by spring. LOL

I've got the lower section of my cage welded with support bars so everything is ascetically pleasing with the wheel wells matching up. Now the real fun can begin as I think of sweet ideas for the cab and bed!!

I wanted a way to record videos that wasn't on-board the trucks, as I dislike the audio quality. But also not sacrifice control of the vehicle by holding the camera in hand.

This resulted -

Just ordered up some stainless center shafts for the 6x6. Even under very mild testing the stock shafts failed repeatedly. You would think with a rig that weighs over 11 lbs in kit form they would include shafts that are at least better then an scx10. Instead there worse then a traxxas rustlers lol.

Yup. Looking at the IMG link behind your post I think we probably do not have access to the location they are saved.

I use TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting, it's a pain to have to upload them but it works for me.

It's my Google plus acct. Some privacy settings must've gotten changed. They used to work just fine. Especially if you can see them on a computer.

After several failed attempts to unload my wraith ( and several one sided trade offers) ive decided to toss scx10 axles under it and put 1.9s on it. Figure im going to shed at least a pound of weight. Too many failed attempts to control big power with big tires has left a bad taste in my mouth. Also going to work on getting rear steer back of the Ford. Have axles on a hot flight from Colorado ,so I hope to have the wraith ready for Reid.

So I just installed my first set if CI foams ( thanks Troy) and the fit great, but they seem to hold a lot of air. They are mounted on 1.9 axial beadlocks that are vented. My question is, for those of you running these do you also vent the tire or run them as they are?

Not that I know anything about tires, but I personally wouldn't violate the body of a tire.
Period.

I run a drill bit through the vents in the wheel, through the closed cell foam until I reach the outer foam ( need to be cautious with the outer foam, snags wicked bad) I do this 2-3 times around the wheel. I find the inner foam fits so snug on the wheel it blocks the holes.

I'm running the CI DD foams and yes, they hold a lot of air. I used an old soldering iron to melt some holes radially through the foams then some channels on the inner foam so the air would have a path to the holes in the wheels. When you quickly squeeze the tires you should get a nice whoosh of air when they're well vented.

Ok thanks guys, I really didn't want to put holes in the tires.
