Might do a redesign of the front bumper with a winch fairlead. Probably should have done that to begin with.

Next up is a plow system.

Very kind, thank you.

I am designing the plow system now. I was using l shaped aluminum. Mounting the plow static at a 45 degree angle. Using the winch to raise and lower it.

I hope to design something that will allow strength, but also the ability to rotate the plow left and right, while raising and lowering.
Scale is secondary, but also would be nice.

So the brackets go under the bumper and crewing onto the frame, where extra holes need to be made, right?

Yes everything will be bolt on. For ease of maintenance / if a part breaks / if I want to run without a plow.

The mounting holes "SHOULD" be compatible with axial bolt pattern. If my maths we're correct. Aside from the lower of the 3 frame / bumper mounts.

Ya time will tell. Made the parts 5mm thick, so I'm hoping it will hold up.

Revision 2.0

A bit of fitment trial and error, added a few small things.
Instead of just holes for the bumper mount, I made it so it can slide a bit forward and back. In case I change bodies or need to align better.
Removed some material for fitment reasons.
Added a spot for the winch hook to attach. To raise and lower the plow.
The bumper now has a fairlead as well.
Last but not least, I did thicken / reinforce some potential weak spots.
Printing now, will post photos when I'm done assembly.

I have a piece of lead that I use for my plows. I zip tie it on. Otherwise, it would be too light.

To make a bumper like this, would be very easy.

Got everything installed and working. Might need a better servo for turning the plow. I did have to disable low / high gear servo because I was using all 6 ports. I may get an 8ch rx.

DERP in looking at the pictures, I see that the winch is on the servo horn. Must have slipped off while I was carrying the truck. It hooks to the plow.
