Looking at that list I can tell you that Gambrill and Frederick Watershed (which is right next to it) are very rocky from mountain biking. The only thing is all the places in there that i know are a hike and you have to watch out for mountain bikers. Now down in the main park area I might be a really good place. Greenbrier isn't as rocky but there are some nice boulders there |

Gambrill is not worth going to really,trust me.I live right up the street.There is a small outcropping of 5-6 large rocks but there is so much foliage must of it is covered up.I only go on a day I really don't feel like driving far.
