My buddy gets a paper at lunch sometimes - he found it and pointed out how cool the job is. I've been way too busy lately-- I've been living at work for a while. I did just order a bunch of scale parts for a "top truck challange" build |

If you could tie in a work tour with a tour of your Dads place I would be in for sure. You could have a small trail ride. I think my XJ could handle the creek? Is there a link to the paper? |

Here is a link to our website http://www.dt.navy.mil/cnsm/ Cronus is right about the pictures, sorry. After the article, it sounds like they are trying to set up group tours. If I get more info, I'll let you guys know. A good portion of our collection is showcased in the Navy Museum at the Washington Navy Yard down in D.C. Thats the best place to see a lot of our models. http://www.history.navy.mil/branches/nhcorg8.htm We also have a couple models down at the Mariners' Museum in Newport News. One of the nicest Museum's Ive ever been in. http://www.mariner.org/ -Potter |
