We are not random strangers ..... But I'm sure your mom doesn't want you getting in a white van ... Good thing Troy has a Prius ... She'd be like wow an environmentally concious person go with him .... If I pulled up in my loud purple car spooling the turbo and I was whipping my dreads back and forth that would be when she's want you in the molester can rather than my car ... The roll cage screams " phone call from the hospital " rather than my child will be safe ;)

Thanks to everyone who made it out today. We had a great day on the rocks thanks to everyone who was able to make it out. The weather was great and the rock was bountiful. We set 3 Pro courses, 2 Shafty courses, and Purp pulled out all the stops in his PurpMart course, winner took home a brand spanking new set of DoOvers.

Look for scores, photos, and a race review soon. Curt, Spoiler Alert, Steven pulled ahead in the Tie Breaker.

First off Congrats Steven for the PurpMart Win! that was an awesome climb.
Second to Brendon for the 2.2 pro win with a perfect 3rd run.
Third to Troy for the 2.2S win.
It was a great day, a bit long but well worth it.

As most of you know I don't post much on RCC, but after yesterday's drop into a 10" deep salt water pool below a bonus gate (on course we weren't running).
I wanted to give a public service announcement...

Waterproof your electronics !!!

Went to the basement this AM to assess the damage to the Villain. I figured everything is fried.
Well my aging brain forgot that when I built the Villain (three years ago) I used a conformal coating on all the electronics!
I opened up all the components to inspect, saw the conformal coating.
So I connected it all up. Applied power expecting the release of magic smoke, and the ESC rings the motor and arms.
I gave myself a nice father's day gift. In closing an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

Waterproof your electronics !!!
