Default Newbie looking to get into crawling

Hi everyone
I am from middleboro and I am looking to get into crawling . I have been looking at the trx 4 sport and the scx10ii both seem great but I always hear negative things about Traxxas.
Does anyone have either of these trucks and what are your opinions on them? I am looking for something to get started with as well as grow as I get more into the hobby.
Thank you

Trx4 is a great rig
Scx10.2 is also a good choice
Both have issues out of the box like many rtr models.
Ive have a trx4 and know many who have scx10s.
Portals take some of the challenge out of it. But both rigs are a good choice. Depending on budget. Go to rc excitment in fitchburg they have rentals of many rigs that you can try out.

Yup wreckless is where it's at for our area.
There's a cool spot up near Mayflower ave just after the Burkland school... Someone had put a little love into the area there and made a little playground for crawling.
