|  Axle pinion assembly
In the instruction it says to use the spacer between the bearing and the e clip on the outside of the pinion where the driveshaft connects. But for the life of me I cannot get both on. Just the clip. Anyone else have this problem? It's messing with my gear mesh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I had that problem while building my kit, but I eventually got it to fit. Once I got the technique figured out with my tools, the second one went together easily. Push up on the pinion and make sure the washer isn't in the groove. Line up the clip and then squeeze it on with a pair of needle nose pliers. If it wasn't tight, it wouldn't maintain the gear mesh properly.
