|  Running rear motor and front battery setup on CFX?
I know this goes against "crawler rules" but planning on running the motor and trans in the rear and battery upfront so i can get my body slammed all the way down on the rails. Servo linkage will be moved to opposite side and motor will be run in reverse with zero degree timing. Do you see any issues with this? |

The only thing i can think of is that if youre just swapping the axles over and reversing motor direction, youll have to swap the front and rear crossmembers that go on the end of the chassis. Only one of them has extra space for the servo to clear under articulation. If you dont you'll get clearance issues with te servo. Also im not sure if the wheels will clear the battery when steering, but thats only if you put the battery across the chassis like the stock rear position.
