MST CFX and CMX being discontinued?

So I don't know how all this works, but based on Amain's sale prices:

$240 -> $154 for the CFX kit:

...and:

$290 -> $186 for the CMX RTR:

...I'm left wondering whether these great rigs and their already-slim parts-support will be discontinued soon. :( I'd hate to invest in one only to see it go the way of the dinosaur!

Any thoughts or insights? Is there an MST report here on RCC that we can check with to get the low-down?

I doubt they are being discontinued. It is more likely Amain decided they are going to stop carrying the MST trucks and are just clearing warehouse space. Parts will be still available from RC Mart and eBay.

HobbyTown has discontinued both the CMX and CFX. :( What gives?!?

Tower doesn't carry them. RPP shows them as "out of stock" via a Google search, but a RPP search oddly pulse a blank.

I think what Amain said about discontinued probably they (Amain) aren't selling that model anymore, same like some other stuff when it said discontinued on Amain sites but the manufacturer keep making the stuff and any others store still selling the stuff, so I think it just Amain stop selling that product

i highly doubt this is going to be discontinued. This is one of MST best sellers.
