Default Kincer's new to me MST Bronco

Bought this off a fellow member here as a roller a couple weeks ago, just got around to getting it running today. This is a fun little rig, a lot more capable than I expected. Put a Hobbywing 1060 esc, Holmes Trailmaster 35t 540 and a old Tactic servo I had laying around in it. Bound it to my hacked Flysky and run it about an hour today. Not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet to make it my own but I like it a lot!

I still occasionally look at getting one of those, because I have several swb hard bodies that would likely fit it well. Plus, I have some brand new MST CFX hop ups that I neglected to return to AsiaTees in a timely manner.

I'm waiting on a kit that mounts the Tamiya YJ body on this chassis, I ordered from eBay from Europe so it'll be a few weeks, I have the body and all the bits on the way from RPP, I know it won't be scale since this chassis is linked but hey it'll look good lol.

Pretty cool looking bronco brother! Always liked that body. Looks like a good score! Never looked at these rigs before. That motor is up there! Can't wait to see what you turn it into with the Jeep body!

Shouldn't be too long before it turns into a YJ Wrangler, the body and all the bits came today and the mounting kit is in New York. The motor does sit high but it's not as high as the pic makes it look, I'll have to take a side shot. It crawls really well for a little light weight rig. I immediately liked it on the first run.

Highly underrated and alot of fun for it's size. Fit and finish and parts quality is also really nice.

That rig looks pretty damn good kincer! Straight away, I'd find some real estate to get that battery forward.

Yes I liked the Bronco body and may actually get another one and do another Bronco but I'm also partial to the Tamiya Jeep YJ body so that's the direction this one is goin. When I buy someone else's rig I like to do something to make it my own, it's a quirk of mine lol.

The Jeep body looks great. Both those Jeeps do!

Thanks guys, couple outdoor pics from today. I'm really liking how this is turning out and the MST Cfx platform is really nice, I bought two more for a couple more scale builds.

Man, that YJ looks great! Perfect look and stance!

I've been debating for years now to get the MST CFX JP1. These look like cool little rigs!

The CFX JP1 is much larger than these, it's Trx4 size basically I have one and it's a really nice rig, good build quality, Amain and Asiatees are the best place to get parts though. I changed up my JP1 to their Yota body and put the JP1 body on my Ascender, thanks for the compliment I'm really happy how it's turning out. Here's a pic of the larger CFX, oh these have portals too on the larger CFX-Ws

Oh, thanks for the comparison! I never actually seen one of them in person and thought they were the same chassis with different bodies. I like the JP1 body, but don't need another portal rig. I'll have to take a closer look at that MST like yours.

No problem, these small CFX short wheelbase rigs are really nice for scale builds, the axles are narrower and tuck in the wheel wells for a nice scale look.
