Hey, that's how it is for anyone outside the US wanting a body. Now it's about $55 USD just to ship a body out of there, forget the purchase price.

BTW, I have one coming

I caved and I bought one, as I had a bunch of stuff I ordered to ship together with it.

So did anyone buy one yet? Thoughts/feedback? The orange RTR is tempting. I have a spare Mamba X + 1900kv motor and 1.9-inch SSD beadlock wheels + Hyrax that need some place to go.

I already have a Jimny. I just received it, shortly upload test video and modifications.

Anyone know if the MST Jimny will clear a set of 1.9" wheels with Hyrax (4.73") tires?

No. 4.73 tires would look like monster truck tires to boot. 4.19's work much better.

This is mine with 4.19's - already too big to my eyes. Gives you a size perspective.

For those of you that ordered this body, what size tires are you running? Will it clear 4.19's?

I believe the CMX wheels & tires are of the 1.55 variety. I haven't really checked mine though.

Like OSRC pointed out, even 4.19" tires end up looking pretty big on the MST CMX/CFX. I don't have the Jimny body, but I wouldn't be surprised if there was significant rubbing with a tire that size.

The stock CMX tires are 3.54" (90mm) tires for 1.9" wheels.

I stand corrected! Shows you how much I've taken out my CMX LOL! I do need to get around to it soon though. I've had some plans for some time for it.

That outer diameter is certainly more common on a 1.55", but they stuck with the a 1.9" rim.

I'm more concerned with what works with this body, not the CMX/CFX in general. OSRC's FJ looks pretty mean with those 4.19's! I'm running the 4" PBX's on my CFX FJ40 and they don't look nearly as aggressive as his 4.19's. This J3 body looks like it doesn't have the same clearances as some of the other CFX bodies. I was just hoping that someone already did a build with this body. I'll see what it looks like with some 4" PBX's, or I'll just run the baby Rock Beast.

The J3 body was delivered today. Dude, it's tiny! It makes the Pro-Line Sumo body look big.
