Awesome!

I also enjoy the "Live Chat" option on your website. I have used it a few times now and it is much easier than a phone call!!

Yeah for simple questions the live chat works great. Often if possible we can call you as well. Sometimes that does work better.

Well, I've never tried to call you guys, but when I am on the computer at work, it is easy for me to get on your Live Chat and get my questions answered that way.

I have a 1550mah 2 cell lipo that is about 10 months old - I ran it for a few races in my RC18B, and since about August it has been in my crawler - probably less than 25 charge cycles on it.

I ran it for a little while Sunday in my crawler, then turned everything off but failed to unplug the battery. Monday night I found that it wouldn't even power up the rx in my crawler, and after hooking it to my charger, the charger says the battery is bad.

The charger is a Duratrax Ice
The crawler runs a Tekin FX-R set for 2 cell lipo cutoff

I don't see how forgetting to unplug the battery would have been a problem, even without lipo cutoff, the system was turned off - but something has gone wrong.

Any ideas or advice? I'm dead in the water now...

Even though you had the system off you should never leave a pack plugged in. There is always residual drain on RC systems. And you found out the hard way. You have two options at this point. One is to toss the pack or two, try a recovery charge if your up to it. Take your charge and the pack and find a safe location away from anything that could burn. Outside is the best place.
Hook up the pack and set your charger at 1 amp and on the NimH setting. Now charge the pack and watch the voltage rise, when it gets over 6.0 volts stop the charge and switch back to Li-Po mode and balance charge it the rest of the way. Once the pack is fully charged let it sit over night to see if it will hold the voltage. If it does hold the voltage it should be fine but will most likely suffer a bit of an overall capacity loss. Say like instead of a 1550 now you would have more like a 1350 as an example. If it will not hold the voltage at all discharge the pack back to less than a volt and toss it.

I talked to Jake on the MaxAmps live chat, and he was very helpful. In my situation, the voltage was showing 4.7 - a 1.5a charge for about a minute put the voltage to 6.4 - then it went through a normal lipo charge without incident. I will check it tomorrow to see if it's keeping that charge.

Thanks to Jake for the live help!

Good sounds like your on the right track. Now if it holds the voltage the pack should only have suffered a bit of a loss in the overall capacity.

Hey Jason I just purchased 2 2200 7.4v 2s batterys I have the Team Orion Lipo Stability Balancing System as a blancer, I ordered the batterys with the Align plug which is what I was told to do with this type of balancer. Now my question is when you buy this balancer to balance a 2s battery you have to modify there Harness like this:

So as you can see I would need some type of adapter to be able to balnce my Maxamp batterys is this something I could get from your company? Thank you.

You only need to use that set up if your pack has the 2mm pin type plug. The 2S harness you have with your balancer will plug right into the pack you got from us.You won't need to modify anything if you have the 2S adapter pictured in the first picture you posted.

No I don't have it cause I am running Orion Batterys so I had to do what the Diagram show's you, so I would need and adapter that converts the plugs I have now to something I can plug into the MaxAmps batterys I purchased.

Just buy that: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXNGC4&P=V The Equinox balancer is the same thing and the Orion and uses the same harnesses.

No don't get that one that adapts to Flight power packs which is the Thunder power adapter. Get the one I linked to that is the Align tap.
