Sick, got me wondering how I'm going to get my hands on some alloy beadlocks that will fit clod wheels. Where is the cnc man! My mattzilla tundra may just be getting the mt treatment soon! Sent from my SGH-T889 using Tapatalk 2 |

What technique did you use to ensure the hub was perfectly centered for the SLW hub modification?

the stock clod wheels have 5 nubs on the back that key into a stock clod hub, these 5 nubs perfectly fit an slw hub inside them. (by perfectly i mean very tightly) just take your time enlarging the hole and keeping it centered, the tighter you make it fit the slw hub the stonger itll be.

RolandRockShop's power is out. So it might be a bit for updates. We got a good snow across much of Arkansas on Tuesday.

gonna run it get the bugs worked out and see if the front takes the abuse 1st. then if all is good, add 4ws. damn snow storm blew thru and dropped @8-12in of snow... which is alot for down south.. tree's snapping tearing down powerlines.. good times huddled around the fireplace for warmth.

I've got so much steering with my truck I'm tempted to pull the rear steering off of mine for a little while too.

I was doing some monster truck day dreaming. I too am a fan of USA-1. The 1988 body truck was still running leafs and factory (modified) frame rails. Parma has a SS 454 Chevy body. That's the same body as the 88 truck. If I can ever score the cash, I think that USA-1 styled truck would be a cool one to replicate. I volunteer camera duty when you guy's get these bad rig's together. Not saying I won't cuss ya'll but, I will still film for you guys. |
