They are a racers axle, there are other axles that are for scalers.

What are the scale options? I know the AR60, Clod, Wheelie King, etc.

I wouldn't consider clod axles scale at all imo. I'm using mad force axles on my builds more going for durability than scale.

Thanks. I'm not familiar with Diggers so I'll check them out.

I agree. Clod axles are not scale at all.

Yes, I was fortunate that Eddie at CI sent me a set to test. They are loaded in a set of RC4WD Rumbles and a new set of Pro Line Brawlers are coming in today to complete the setup. I will be giving them a go this Saturday at the track, I have high hopes!

Just a guess, but the tight/closed cell foams will be quite a bit more rigid than stock foams? Might need to play with softer shock setup. They should(?) stiffen up the sidewalls and make it more lika a gocart

Why would you want such dense (hard) foams for MT racing?

They have proven to be better in every form of off road racing, why would Monster trucks be any different? These are just theories at this point, that's why we test. I expect the following going into testing, we shall see Saturday.

Improved forward bite due to increased contact patch

Let the suspension do its job not the tires

No tread deflection across the contact patch. Softer foams allow the tread surface to deflect, hard flat surface lets the lugs drive.

I'm not an expert at all and I've never raced monster trucks, but here's my thinking...

These foams will most likely prevent sidewall roll which is obviously a good thing on any race vehicle, but especially on something that has huge sidewalls like an MT. I understand that. I'm not sold on the fact that you will have a better contact patch with harder foams though. I mean you have a larger contact patch when tires compress. And maybe these foams are undersized in order to allow that to still let that happen. I'm not sure. One of the benefits of the massive tires of MT's is that they soak up bumps and jumps even with great suspension. It will be interesting to see how they affect handling.
