Those wheels, proportionally in height fit the size of the body perfectly! Nice build man!

Loving the wheel and tire combo. Perfect size. Ordered the wrong size offset so i have to pick up another set of wheels. Going to narrow the wheels and tires tomorrow.

Also picked up the perfect shocks. Love them other than how complicated they are to assemble.

Narrowing tires blows by the way.

sweet build man, that will be my next one! Btw, Hammer head is the name of the orange and white chevy you used for inspiration.

what tires did you use to narrow up? I've been looking for a set like that.

Proline 2.8 rims for narrow offset traxxas model. Tires are the new 2.8 traxxas tires from the brushed stampede 4x4. Pretty hard compound but they are perfect for a mega truck build. Only problem is there is only a couple of 2.8 rims

yeah, that is sweet.

I'm heavily digging your tire choice. How long do you think it took to make each tire? I have a set of older Maxx 3.2 chevrons I've though about narrowing and reducing.

Just cut carefully. Probably 3hrs total to narrow the tires and wheels. I worked on it a little bit each night for a couple days. I have to reinforce the inside of the seam and really glue the inside. Its just tacked for now
