Ok here we go. Since I can't work on one thing at a time here is the start to a King Sling project I've always wanted to make.

Pitbull 2.2 with RC4WD Mud Bashers
SMT10 chassis dyed black (since finding a black one is like finding a unicorn)
Supershafty Bombproof Wraith transmission (all I have at the moment. May switch to an SCX10)
Custom King Sling body and paint.
JEC trailing arms and rear sway bar (going to try rear only at first)

That's all I have at the moment. Not sure on axles or electronics. I'll probably us some SSD diamond AR60 with a PP3500XL and a MMP with a Holmes SVH500.

Moving along. That servo is not staying. Dropping in a Savox 1210SG. Not sure if and how the body is going to fit this chassis though. It's out at paint and the way it comes it up front may be an issue but I'll worry about that later.

Thanks! I had the 120mm Kings laying around. I've been tossing them back and forth for about a year and needed something to put them in. I'm using Wraith length TA's and front links but I think the wheelbase should be pretty good. If it's short I'll stick some longer rod ends on the front and switch over to Yeti TA's. I'm probably going to use the Vangaurd AE-3 and 3150 since it's waterproof and just sitting here as well.

So I'm thinking I have to narrow up the front of the chassis. If I can't get that to work then I'll do a custom chassis and base it off the real one.

This thing already looks bad ass! I can't wait to see the finished product.

Who is going to do the body paint or wrap for you?

There are a few of them floating around. Some guy on Facebook says he has 3, not sure about that but I grabbed this on off the forums.
