Default Status of Kyosho axles

Doing some repair work on my sons wraith/ar60 axles. Ordered some parts and while at it I also throw in some more to also complete my ax10 deadbolt. The idea is to turn it into a monster (as I planned long ago). Youngest son getting up to age so he could start driving soon. Basically this will be my 4th set of ar60 axles with alus, b-tubes and what nots... getting a bit tired of them...

always loved the kyosho mad force axles. Googled a bit and it seems that's its really hard to find parts for them. To me they seem like a really nice base to startwith. What's everyones view on them? Any chance they get an upswing?

I tried to summrize
pros

+ beefy
+ sturdy diff (can be setup with diff oil/locked etc..)
+ might be cheaper than equal sturdy ar60s?

- needs wheel adapters for 12mm hex
- need a truss
- ugly rear without stiff lockouts

The diff being the biggest pro for them. What you guys think?
