| LimpshoT resurrection build
Been put of the rc hobby for 30 years, got back recently with a redcat rtr gen 8 and decided to get a mud monster build going. Going with axial scx10 2 builders kit. This is inspired by Harley designs monster truck build he did a few years ago. Axles are built, have a lot of parts coming in later today. Last edited by LimPSHoT; 08-30-2019 at 08:42 AM. |

I'm still working on sway bars although with the shocks set up like I have theirs not much torque twist. My suspension is pretty stiff and works great for the weight of the rig. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |

| Re: LimpshoT resurrection build Did you put yours on the scales? Interested to see how it weighs compare to mine when I get it together, but I have a long way to completion.

Got a few more parts for the build last couple of days. Reef triple 5, and Holmes puller pro crawler 3500kv. Lift kit install took me a bit there was one hole on each side that needed to be drilled. Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk |

Got it up and running! Went with mamba x esc and spectrum DX5 rugged transmitter. Just tweaking the esc to get it just right. This thing hauls ass on 3s! Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk |

Body is painted, 4 cans of corsa Grey, 2 cans of black, 1 bright silver and 1 flat clear. Truck is solid, hit a few small jumps. On 3s it is plenty fast. Got a few details here and there I will add soon. Sent from my SM-G950U1 using Tapatalk |
