Default SMT10 drive shaft - 4Link cclearence?

In an attempt to get the truck to sit as low as possible i have noticed a clearence issue with the upper link and the driveshaft before the shocks bottom out. Is there any way to resolve this?

Currently stock links and driveshaft.

Make your own custom bent upper links. I prefer using 3/16" stainless rod with the ends turned down a bit threaded to 4mm and Revo rod ends installed. There are many other methods to building links as well.

I did get some Crawford Performance links but the plastic rod ends are wear and i have broken 2 already on the lower links. I will check out Revo for sure.

It's still possible to break the Revo rod ends when used as lowers, but they are an acceptable fuse to me as they dont let go easily and are cheap to replace. I've never broke them when used as uppers, just slowly worn them out and I eventually replace them due to slop. RPM makes a "Revo" style rod end that is a little stronger than the Traxxas version, but they dont come with the pivot balls, and the balls are slightly different size than the Axial variants, so you gotta buy the Traxxas rod ends to be able to use the RPM version.
