at the meeting we talked about having a meeting the first saterday of each month, and have a comp the third sunday of the month. here is what we came up with.

april
meeting:my house 12:00 on the first
comp:2:00 at meijers on the 27th
may
meeting:my house 12:00 on the3rd
comp:2:00 at davisburg on the18th
june
meeting:12:00 at my house on the7th
comp:2:00 at auburn hills on the22nd
july
meeting:12:00 at my house on the 5th
comp:2:00 at meijers on the20th
august
meeting:12:00 at my house on the 2nd
comp:2:00 at davisburg on the17th

this is what i have right now all subject to change any questions can be brought up at the next meeting thanks gary.

meijers on m-59 in white lk by alpine ski vally west end of parking lot.

davisburg is on davisburg rd. about a 1/2 mile east of town next to rr tracks mill pond park.

auburn hills squirrel rd and university i think it is next to or at the police station.

Did we ever get a calender posted up any where? It's getting harder to find the notes from the last meeting becuase no new posts in that thread. It would be nice for one of you Computer savvy guys to do something about that!

next meeting bring a note pad and take notes for yourself if i have to post everything we talked about at the meeting whats the point of having one. if you need to know then attend the meeting.thanks gary.

Yup, it's true, anyway April is too far , I'm planing to be in town at the end of March, I'll confirm my trip in case anybody want's to go crawling, jepfreek, the military truck has been on hold for a couple weeks right now , I was waiting for some Clod parts and I've to build a new soft canopy, the first one shortened after dying in watered paint.

What I was getting at was for the ones that didn't make the last meeting. It's getting harder and harder for me to spread the word of our fantastic new organization if it's to hard for people to find the info. I think it's pretty simple, first and third, meet then comp, It's just that maybe every now and then one of us should "recycle" that thread so it ends up at the top again. Or someone figure a way to get it "sticky'd" or "locked" so its always on top of the page when newcomers visit.

that's not too fair to those of us who may not be able to make it to every meeting. i think 'meeting minutes' are beneficial even to those who did attend.

if you'd like, i'll take them when i can make the meetings, and post a new thread called 'meeting minutes'. we could rotate the responsibility so it's not on one particular person all the time. then, whoever takes notes from that meeting just adds the notes to the meeting minutes thread.

you don't have to come to the meetings, but if you have something to say or point out it would be nice to come to the meetings and say it rather than clogging up a thread, thats what meetings are for. on that note i see what jeepfreek was trying to say, he just wants this thread to stay at the top of the page so it is easier to find thats all, sorry neil if you felt i was a little harsh. thanks gary.

I hear (er see) that we are having a gtg this weekend somewhere? Then I hear that it's canceled? just wondering if this was an informal or formal gtg and what and where it's going to be? I know that the club meeting wont be untill the 5th of April and even so the weather has been changing for the better and we all want to get out and enjoy it. Just putting it out there that If gtg is to happen then it should be posted if it's for the club or not. We all want to crawl and it's getting harder to keep track of the chats!

I do have one suggestion though! Maybe the next meeting be held outdoors if the weather pemits! It'd be easier on Gary's house and would give us a chance to runn afterwords. Just my two cents worth!
