Sup you Michiganders?

Surviving the Gestapo Lock Down?

Just enjoying my Unenjoyment atm.

So I picked up some stuff.

Me and the neighbor are dusting off the old crawler area already.

Grabbed the RedCat Gen8 AXE and a couple SSD Kits and RC4WD Blazer bodies.

Got a few things in mind. 2.5G later. SMFH

Anyways. We ran a couple times. Now the weather is warming up for good it appears, and I can't work for a while until shit clears up, gonna be spending some time working the track and surrounding area for trail runs.
Then building a Class 1 and Class 2 from the SSD Kits/Blazer Bodies.

OH Damn. WTF did I Do?
LOL

Anyways.

Lets Crawl Bitches.

Surviving. It was sunny enough to mow the yard Saturday. Now it’s raining. We’re new in town and new to the scene. We’re out in farm country north of Detroit. I searched for Mudville but ... lol. Anyways.
Got any work done on the SSD kits ?
I’m building out a gen8 pack.
Just got bout done with taping before paint.
Need a few parts for mounting options (getting help with that) in the meantime I’ve used some the poly for a makeshift setup. Battery slides some but ain’t lost it yet. Lol

Stay sane don’t let the gov’ment get ya.
Hopefully have some sunny days soon. Cross fingers

lol Im in Midland County. about 2 - 2.5 hours north of you depending on where in Det your at.

Just started getting going as been waiting for bits and tids to show up for them.

Did the axles last night on one kit, and I'm setting down to build the entire 2nd kit, or at least 99% of it here in a few minutes. So far so good.

Modding and figuring out those personal changes we want to make is half the battle but a lot of the fun for me. I enjoy the make it work however you can modder. lol

The class 1 scaler build is going to need some fairly significant mods to make it how it should be, but it is Doable and therefore will be done. lol will just take longer. Heh

But I hope by tonight to have kit 2 built ready for electronics to be installed, and diff covers as I forgot to order them, so another cart is already building , DAMN IT> lol

We are trying to run a few times a week, as well as clearing out and re setting new things up.
Thre are about 5 of us so far working on getting together. we've all ran, just not at the same time due to schedules. lol Anyways. You're welcome to head north and join in on the co-misery. lol

Need a reason to get to near Frankenmuth. The wife and I want to check it out. Y’all got plans this upcoming weekend. Supposedly after this rain it’s forecasted to be almost 80. We’ve been up the thumb some ish Port Sanilac. We definitely need another adventure. Gotta get another crawler. Lol. The kiddo “only” has a slash. Decisions.

Frankenmuth is just to the east of 75 on the way to my place. Its bout 40 minutes south of me.

Im west of 75 about 15 miles at the Linwood Exit, which is North of bay city 10 minutes on 75. Bay City is 30ish minutes north of the Frankenmuth exit.
