Default New Body, Wheels, and Tires......Thank You Tonka!

I was walking through Target yesterday with my wife and daughter and came across this in the toy section.

I had hoped the Bronco might fit a micro but it is a little narrow. It might work as a rockracer or something with a really width track width. The yellow body fits right on the chassis I build for my micro 4-Runner and looks a lot like a F-250. The tires on the Bronco are pretty soft rubber and I am trying them out on my 4 Runner but I have only got 2 fixed to mount up.
Compared to a Losi Wheel/Tire

The back side of the wheel. Its kind of like the set up on a Slash.

Here are the wheels/tires compared to the stock ones on my 4-Runner.

The body has a removable camper shell.

Here is what it looks like after a little styrene work and primer.

I have a cool idea for paint on the body. Going to play around with it and probably sell it when I'm finished. Hope this info helps out in case anyone else wants to try out the Tonka wheels/tires.

Cool. I don't suppose you could slap the bronco on a stock chassis for a pic?

I don't have a stock chassis built but here is what I could get. First shows the body over a losi axle and the second is with a set of stock chassis plates.

What price did you see? I paid $5.99 plus tax. That ain't bad for a body and wheels.

ya, that is the price I saw, that is a great price... I had considered getting that truck, and if I remember there was another truck type pulling a 4 wheeler... was wondering if I could somehow mod any of the two combos to hve 4 tops
