Default Micro FJ Build

I have seen others do the same and you can't get better scale than the Toys-R-US FJ body on your 1/24 micro. Mine is the Trail Trekker so the chassis is already scale and all I need to do is mount the dam thing.

I have an idea that will most likely work. I plan on attaching two metal plates flat on the chassis then attaching two U shapped (-u-) with two tabs on each side. The bottom of the U will be flat as well. The flat parts will mate with the metal plates on the chassis and I will use Velcro/magnetes to bind the two.

Anyways I already have it mocked up and here is what I have so far.

Well I mounted the body but it is way to heavey and I will need stiffer springs.
