Default My tube micro


Its a start,
Losi Trekker running gear,totally stock
Trimmed stock trekker tires
2s,300mah lipos
And a jeep hood,
and i take crap pics,

The tires are just stock Losi Trekker tires ,with every second outer lug cutoff,and the foams have been removed aslo.

Got abit more done.
Battery will sit infront of trans on an angle,as low as possible.
And ESC will sit on top of trans,at the moment anyway

Thanks ,yeah looks better forsure.
Ive actually got the room on each side of the motor to mount the ESC and battery,and they will be mostly covered by the side panels , and itll lower the COG abit.

Thanks TY.
I started fabbing a TJ hood,and need to get some more stryene sheet for the side panels , but the tubework is mostly done.
Its a fun little project.

Yeah,paint the tubework black and the panels red ,or something like that.

Chassis is done,exsept for paint,so just the body panels to build now.

A good idea I just thought of...use your favorite beverage can...it will be like real scale damage! I am talking about useing it like side panels.

Brilliant idea, thanks for that, i've done side panels out of thin alloy,rock rash looked sweet. Im guna do it 4sure.

Sorry about the late reply, your thread got buried from all the others haha.

I am not good at the tube stuff at all. LOL. So it would look like crap by the time I got done with it.

No probs CRAZY, No,no updates of late , must get back onto it,and finish it.

Stryene is like anything,it just takes practice,but all good.
