Well you see I went to Don for the new widener kit and brass barrel nuts and one thing led to another. He had some wheels lying around the shop missing half of there beadlocks and I asked him if he could make me some beadlocks out of delrin to simulate my custom wheels on my Wraith. Idk if he's going to put the beadlocks into production or not because he's having problems with him machinists I think getting the wheels themselves made.

Yes they do, but not for a scaler rig. I'm sure this micro will be nothing short of top notch though.

Ok so being a picky a$$ that I am I decided to cut the crap and build all new axles and transmission for this scale build. I mean spen all this money with the tranny case and all those shiny parts to end up sticking old crap around and in them (I don't think so) lol

Got my SMC 4.5 chassis in as well now just waiting on my model from Japan. Also I just couldn't stick those Phillips head screws on this chassis so I contacted Crawler Xto find out the size of screw it was and ordered them in hex sockets from McMaster-Carr.

Try and get some work on this done later today between making taking care of the kid and taking care of the wife.

You got a bangin' body, Kyle!

Seriously, though, that's gonna' look wicked. How much did it set ya' back?

I got my RC4WD beadlocks and TTC's in Saturday, so my Micro got a little extra treatment over the weekend in the form of new wheels & tires and chopping the bed off truggy style. Stripped about half the paint off the inside using nitro fuel, but it made it really hazy, so I'm not sure how to handle that just yet. Planning a new paint job and thought about painting my new beadlocks to tie it all together, similar to my 1:1 wheels.

That's not bad at all really. I'm wanting to do a more scale body, but can't find what I'm looking for. Don't want to do a Hilux because it's been done quite a bit. Can't find a suitable Jeep, especially not a JK Unlimited. Thought about doing a scale version of my 2010 Xterra, but can't find a body for it. Thoughts? Clues on where to look?

So after buying the wrong chassis I finally made head way. Had to cut the chassis down. I made the driveshafts
From help on here and got the body mounted. Minor tweaking and a crap load of parts to still put on it but getting there.

Will get this further on the weekend I hope lol
