The most frustrating beadlock to mount to date (well, since the first steel rc4wd beadlock), but they do look nice!

So will the wheels fit all the existing tires, any thoughts on the new dirt grabbers that came out with the beadlock wheels

Ok, so I got these wheels and the Scrambler tires for my Trail Trekker. Tires are good but the wheel quality is such chit I was laughing at how frustrated I was with the failure of this project. The screws are buttery soft and strip immediately as well as the bead does seal up and tighten the tires. In order to use these wheels I'm just going to have to glue them together. Its funny the tire quality is so much better than the wheel quality. The wheels are total joke.

I just got the same set up yesterday in the mail. My frustration is with the wheel nut. What are you guys using as no tool I have will fit when the wheel is ready to be mounted. I even milled a old rc wrench and it still doesnt work right.

The wheel nut and center piece has to go on first, then put the six screws in after you do the wheel nut. My problem is the screws were so soft they stripped out before even half tightened. The setup is a joke and I don't suggest these to anybody. RC4WD should be ashamed of this product. Wish I had spent the extra $20-30 on aluminum beadlocks.

I have them both an luckily kept the wheel nuts from the aluminum set. Backwards they work just fine. I hear what you're saying about them being soft though. What I noticed is that each one is pu together in a specific pattern as not all holes are in the same spot. I'm looking at a way to fix the hub to the rear so that it is three piece, not four.
