I ordered my Orlandoo Jeep on the 10th. It shipped on the 13th. No tracking updates have happened since then.

Can someone please reassure me that this thing will get to me by Christmas? :evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::evil::e vil:

Lollllllllllllll. Same here. Mine has been listed as being in the Netherlands for 2 weeks now. I think that's their Euro warehouse. My other trinkets from that order are starting to show up one by one now.

Does your kit in the Netherlands say "this item is pre-advised"???

I just looked and the rest of my stuff will be to me shortly. It's in Chicago. At least I can test my electronics and get that all sorted.

Here's what it shows. Order was placed on 2016-09-23 02:50:56. So it's had plenty of time. It may show up tomorrow. Who knows...

I made an order through banggood last month, even paid extra for their expedited shipping. Never received any tracking info, or anything else beyond my original order confirmation. Parts arrived in 2 weeks which is still better than most other Chinese vendors I've dealt with. I'll likely buy from them again, but not anything that I'm in a hurry for, and I won't pay for faster shipping again since it still took 3 times as long as was stated.

I always pay the pennies for insurance. Then they'll usually giving tracking for it.

They gave my kit a netherlands tracking number, and it says its pre-advised which means the netherlands postal service is still waiting on the package to get to them from China. It will take at least another 14 days to get in my hands after netherlands gets it. Lame.

It is what it is. I've ordered stuff and didn't care when it showed up and it shows up in a week.5. Then when I needed something for a project it took over a month. I have gotten a few freebies, too. The big MG servos on all my crawlers, a 3650 cheapo combo, the Jeep Orlandoo actually, a micro Spektrum compatible ESC/Rx combo, and a 28xx combo I've got on a Losi Mini.

They do shut down for holidays, are affected by weather easily, and never want anything fast around the Chinese New Year.

I ordered my jeep from them on the 12th and got the same crap, Netherlands and pre advised and my electronics was in a separate order and they have been advised it is getting ready to ship.
Not a happy camper here.

According to the tracking, the jeep is in San Francisco and the electronics are in Los Angles............might get them in a few days.....yippeeeee.

It took like 2 months for me to get a micro crawler from them... the price you pay for buying from overseas.

Ordering from China is definitely an exercise in patience. :roll: About 6 weeks ago I placed an order with them, and one motor was on back order which held up the whole order. After a few weeks they asked if I wanted to cancel the order for a full refund. I said I'd like to just cancel the motor and receive the rest of the order. The next day I got notice it shipped, with the motor. I checked the order status on their website and it confirmed the same thing, but with no tracking info. :roll: A couple of days later I got notice that the entire order had been cancelled and refunded. :x I once again checked the order status on their website, and it now says the order has been cancelled. Unfortunately I don't remember what card I used, so I can't see just how much was refunded. :roll: I'm not sure if I'm getting any of it, or none of it. And with how slow Chinese shipping is i might not ever know until I possibly get a mystery box in the mail. Yes, I agree Banggood is extremely frustrating. :evil:

I've had good transactions with Bgood...except one. I had ordered some stuff and one thing held up the order like stated above. I went ahead and canceled the entire order and reordered everything except that one item. Ordered it separately and it shipped before the other items. Go figure.

i ordered mine on 10/6. It was backordered, expected in like the 16th or whatever. No big deal, its a Christmas present.

Then on October 8th it shipped out. there were no tracking updates until today, and its in Chicago right now. i'll have it tomorrow, maybe Saturday if they don't ship it out of Chicago tonight.

Looked at the tracking and it said my Jeep is out for delivery , been ordered since the 12. Got the electronics yesterday so I will be most busy I am sure....if I can see that little stuff.
