I've had that kit sitting on my shelf for over a year now, and I've yet to touch it. It's nice to see someone else finally starting a build with one. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

You're off to a better start than I am, I hadn't even considered using the floor pan as the chassis! Is that a 1/24 ECX based rig?

I only got as far as sitting the body on top of a Sumo, maybe one day there will be a fleet of micro crawler vans on this forum.

Nice start. Add me to the list of those with this kit sitting in a box haha. I've mocked it up with sumos and RC4WD axles and they seem to fit well.

2-56 threaded rod, and I'm not sure about rod ends. I'm not sure what size those balls are. There are the Losi mini-T rod ends, and sumo or hbx rod ends. One of those might work. Or you could get a nitro pull spring and make some leafs for it.
