Just ordered my Basher Rockstar!!

This will be my first crawler!! The Trail Finder 2 has my heart, but I wanted to test my love for the hobby with something cheaper. I’ve been into RC cars on and off since I was a little guy. I’ve owned:

Marui Golden Eagle Jeep
RC 10T
Original TMaxx that I kept throwing the newest greatest engine in.
Associated B3 Nitro and Brushless
Brushless Emaxx

I’m pumped to have a little crawler to tinker with and crawl around indoors this winter.

I got the RTR, Zippy Battery, turnigy charger, and two sets of metal gears.

Can’t wait to get it!!! I’ve seen some awesome ones on here.

Good that you got the metal gears. The plastic ones strip out with the moa. With metal gears, it is the best micro crawler out there! Next wil be getting rid of the tires/wheels. I suggest some RC4WD super swampers and steel beadlock wheels to go with them. Much better performance and looks. Enjoy!

The steel bead locks from them look great but way too much $$$$. I’ll find a cheaper route lol. I’m hoping to not sink too much money into this. If I care about it that much to spend that kind of money, I’d rather just buy my TF2 and start pouring money into that lol.

I hear ya! We all have to remember r/c's are basically toys....and 1/24's are just 1/24's!

Just got it from DHL today. Still waiting for battery and charger. I may swap the metals gears in while I wait. Next will be wheels/tires. Hopefully I can find a good Black Friday deal.
