Botlebruiser- that’s just for the cover that actually says “HR” on it, not the case itself (at least that’s what remains on eBay for the part number.. It seems those have finally disappeared on eBay. Let me do some digging and I’ll try and find it

Do you just press the 20T gear onto the splined shaft? Or try to turn the round hole into a splined hole with an exacto knife?

I'm thinking of just replacing the 20T gear as a replacement for LOSB1709 which is the only gear that has failed on my two Trekkers.

Thanks for posting this!

Change the 20t hole to 2mm and thickness to 2.5mm to save save yourself some time
Change the 50t hole to 4mm and thickness to 2mm
And make sure to change the material on both to brass unless I want the plastic

The spur and pinion are 10t brass and 55t aluminum. The others are brass at stock size. I wanted to do this ever since I had my Trekkers but didn’t know there were parts available. Anyway, enjoy:

One more set to go for my other Trekker. I progressively drilled the center hole to the size of shaft and then traced the square shape with an exacto knife, and finished it off with jeweler files:

Can someone confirm that this is the correct pinion gear?
