What's next in your driveline? 1:1 transfer case, 2 speed transmission, or straight shaft to rear wheel drive? I have mated 4000kV motor to 2 speed WPL gearbox and it is a bit too fast with no low speed control. I kind of wish you did: your motor->1:10 reduction-> 2 speed -> 4WD and tell us how it drives. But I dont think you have room for that.

| Cantilever Rear Suspension
I scaled down this design from thingiverse to make a rear cantilever suspension. The shocks are from aliexpress. It works pretty well. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2871329 Nylint Econoline RC (5) by captaininsano1000, on Flickr Nylint Econoline RC (4) by captaininsano1000, on Flickr |

| Radius Arm Front Suspension
I used a the plastic tie bar from a HG P402 crawler cut in half to make the links for the front suspension. They are super glued to the WPL axles. I would have loved to make them bolt on so I could adjust the pinion angle but there isn't much space in there. The drag link and panhard bar are from aliexpress. The front needs a little but more work. The pumpkin hits the panhard bar at full compression. I used this RC / Water Gun motor with a 10:1 reduction box while waiting for another brushless motor and gear reducer to come in. It resulted in a decent top and the motor didn't stall when I was climbing about a 30 degree incline. It ended up spinning the metal axles inside the plastic end caps that hold the wheels so that will get repaired and I'll go back to testing. I am hoping to have some running video by next week. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3296...650c2c25LZcerm |

This runs fine on pavement but I can hear clicking when it gets hung up in the river pebbles outside my house so I am installing metal gears in the axles. The wheel adapter fix in the earlier part of the thread won't work with the metal hubs so I 3D printed some adapters to work with the 5MM hubs and 8MM wheels. This is incredible, thanks for sharing! Any update? I've got a Nylint Chevy squarebody pickup that I want to convert to r/c. Just not sure which axles to use... |

Bump! Fabulous conversion, hope you return to the build. Since this truck is already 95% metal, you can always upgrade to the WPL full metal axles for extra weight. |
