Rc4wd Gelande ii 1/18. Dual motor + v2 tranny?

I've seen several dual motor setups in this truck, but I was curious if you can run dual motors with the v2 transmission.

Anyone know?

I just bought the blackjack. The V2 transmission with the 030 motor it comes with has a lot of torque. Speed is slow. But it’s got torque.

The dual motor was released before the V2 transmission from what I can tell.

The dual motor setup is slower in speed than the V2. Not sure I’d want it any slower than the V2 myself.

I plan to put a long can 050 RGT adventurer motor into my V2 blackjack and I’ll let you know how it works.

But out of the box. I like the v2 how it is. More too speed would be nice. But slow is pro! Lol.

And I think the dual motor setups are completely custom setups not even looking like the V2. So I assume that they all (I found two versions) are not based off the v2 at all.

Bigworm, thanks for the insight! I've got a CR-24, but have been eyeing the Gelande for a while now. My concern is that the weight of the rig with such a small motor will be a problem, but it doesn't seem to be the case with the v2 transmission.
