Default Rc4wd 1/18 T-Rex Micro Axles HELP!!!

I'm starting my micro scaler build and I would like to use these rc4wd 1/18 T-Rex micro axles I got with my other micro stuff.

I'm trying to locate some link or spring mounts for these axles and haven't been able to find any real info on them. Almost seems like they never made them. Can anyone shine some light on this for me? Anyone made their own mounts that wants to help me with some inspiration? Kinda drawling a blank on where to even start with them. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I only had a rear but made the link mounts out of a mix of brass & losi ball ends. I know you probably get asked all the time but if you ever want to sell them. Also if you need any help. Hit me up!

Old build from 2011

Thanks for the replies guys! Chevy55 just that one pic of that rear axle on that thread helped allot. Definitely still looking for more ideas, but that got the wheels turning. I've had a good handful of guys ask if I was interested in selling them. Not looking to get rid of them. I see to much potential for building a cool little scaler with them. Guess the next step is to buy some materials and start trying different ways of going about this. Any more pics or inspiration is much appreciated

I might go with something like that. Looks pretty simple to make. Having a hard time telling where he attached the shock tho. I'm thinking he pulled the bolt out of the c-hub and threaded a ball end into the hole. Going to start hunting down my materials, tiny drill bits and some solder/flux for brazing on Monday. Already have a frame that I built yesterday out of 1/4" aluminum box, but need to get it soldered together and get some holes drilled in it. Will start a build thread once I get everything together. Kinda stoked on this build. Thanks for the help!

In that thread the guy said something about using align stabilizer mounts for link mounts. Anyone have any clue on what size should be used? There's about 5 different sizes of them. Going to look around to see if I can find the materials to maybe make ones like he did.

just guessing, but probably the Align T-rex 250 stabilizer mount. It's the tail boom clamp that holds the two stabilizer rods. It's the smallest heli that has those.
