Micro MT tires/wheels?
 

I was thinking about converting a CR24 into a solid axle MT but can't find any tires and wheels that would fit? Does nothing exist?

A monster truck? Most use model kit tires and or wheels. The CR-24 uses the same 7mm hex as most other micro crawlers so the same combos would work

You could try using 1/24 monster truck model I believe revel has a couple on Amazon or eBay. Some Lego kits come with large wheels but both require some modding.

I took the rubber tire off of a trekker rim I think and glued it into the model rim so it could sit on the 7mm hex. it wasn't a perfect fit but I made it work.

they look cool but since it's from a model the tires are basically plastic. they don't flex or anything. they're slightly rubbery so they have decent grip but they don't act like real rc tires.
