More Hot Racing SCX24 parts

Looks like they've added a transmission case & skid plate to the shock towers and the rest of the parts that are coming up. Hopefully everything fits properly. No information on when everything will be availablehttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...db0e2fe63d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...6ef99e27ab.jpg

I still think aluminum skid plates for micro crawlers are a bit of a waste of $. However they sell so you can't blame HR for making it I guess

Seems brass is the new rage why not do a brass skid instead of ally.

Generally unsprung weight is the goal. You wouldn't want to add weight to the chassis if you can help it. Also plastic slides better IMO

Yeh true. But I find a realistically heavy chassis also creates scale suspension behavior and getting the weight down in the chassis rather than up high is always better

theres more stuff https://hot-racing.com/?partnumber=SXTF28301;c=1432

Surprisingly a few are actually useful, diff cover wheel weights and knuckles.

We knew about the other stuff, that's why I said in addition to the rest. Personally I'm only interested in the aluminum shocks, and aluminum transmission. I already have the brass knuckles & brass diff covers. Everything else isn't really functional other than the over priced wheel weights

that's good to know. did you have to upgrade your servo with the knuckles?
