oh well
Didn't use them either. I think they used to be more common to eliminate radio interface from the motor. No issues for me

Holmes and Eddie of Brood 2 of the most knowledgeable RC crawler motor manufacturers have both tested and confirmed motor capacitors aren't necessary on crawlers with modern electronics.

just drove it around. the new servo is pretty warm. is that normal? I mean the worst that can happens is I overheat it, lol

servo is beast though. before, I couldn't make any kind of turn standing still, now it will turn lock to lock standing still, moving, wedged up against an ammo can, etc

The current total weight is 322 grams/11.35 ounces

I don't know about getting warm(I will check on it I'm curious now haha) but I have mine for about two years and I don't have any problems. On the top of it my rig is super heavy.

just realizes with my setup that the upper half leans hard to the right..... I think it is because of the motor on that side.... oh well, not much to do about it really....not like I can tune it out with pre-load
