Couldn't wait 2 days to see the body on the truck.

Definitely need to make taller shock towers. It sits way too high now. But that will come soon. Anyway, I think the blue was a good choice.

I lied lol. This is really my last post for now lol.

Ecx barrage bumper. Little modification but not too hard.

Got trim painted up as well as the bed and little odds and ends. Everything is all glued up, as well as some rock lights in the wheel wells.

Gonna let it sit over night and it should be ready to get destroyed on some rocks tomorrow lol.

Definitely not perfect by any means. It's a twenty footer. But this is my first go ever at anything model wise so I'm pleased with how the body turned out.

Up next are functional upgrades, such as brass and aluminum parts.

Here it is. The "completed" yota.

Of course no build is finished but it's pretty much done for now, body wise.

Mirrors broke off, as well as a wiper.

And I neglected the fact that the led would bleed through the paint. Oh well.

Not sure yet. Haven't taken it out yet.

I assume like stock, it's not been modified too much other than moving things and a transmission flip. I'll hey action shots soon, maybe a video.

Put the shocks back to stock for a more scale look and feel.

Also put on these ecx barrage wheels and tires. They weren't made for this type of weight so they deform and flex just like a real tire that's been aired down. They grip waaay better than the stock tires. They look more size appropriate as well. Just have to get the truck a little lower.

Got one set of my rc4wd tires in. The other set was out of stock and the ebay seller didnt bother to tell me till 3 days later after I messaged them. Oh well. Got another set on order.

Already put my scale stickers on though lol.

Smaller tires looks much better! Paint inside of body/wheelwells flat or matte black should help prevent led rock lights shining through, but maybe not completely. Truck looks great but needs smaller front bumper. BTW, careful with that lipo kinda looks like it's getting squished/bent by the velcro strap.

Thank you!

I agree with everything you're saying haha. All in due time, plan on making brass bumpers soon.

I think it looks squashed just because of the angle of the pictures.

Got some pictures out at the lake today.

Also picked up a lot of rocks. I'm making a little course at my house. I'll take pictures later.
