| Subie's Micro Shark build.
Late last month while on FB I was scrolling around when I saw a post by Mod19rc, by accident somehow, and saw their teaser post about their micro shark conversion for the scx24. At the time I did not own a micro or anything smaller than a barrage g2, however when I saw the sami panels I needed one! So i sold 2 projects i wasnt really in love with and bought a brand new scx24 for the soul purpose of ripping it apart for the transformation. I am in no way a pro nor do i really do build threads so be kind. The build was extremely easy. I made a mistake at first and used double sided tape to hold the esc down and re-read after mod19rc noticed it wasnt sitting flat on the plate. After that hiccup it went through easy as pie. There will be updates to this thread as I do other small mods to this. As it stands the only other upgrades are home made rear wheel weights and hr brass rings up front. Ok ok enough rambling onto pics!! Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

Who is this, subarudriftboy??? Why do I see zero Subaru's in this "Subie's" build thread? I like the color of the cage! I think this thread needs more Subaru content! Sent from my moto z4 using Tapatalk |

Yesterday after work I finally forced myself to stay up and painted my panels. They are a pain to paint as they are thin and spun around on me as i tried to get both sides of them coated. But that is just my bad painting skills. I was trying to come up a color combo that would really pop and look good outside. I think it turned out not bad. I have a few runs but the rocks will help me naturally sand it off in the future. Plus I have an extra set of side panels if I ever get bored. Now I need to order wheels and tires or try to break the bead on these and cut and shut some of the WPL pitbull knock offs I have. Also will be ordering the mil stone wideners to give it a bit more width. More to come soon I hope! Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk |

| Re: Subie's Micro Shark build. If you have an scx24 it's an awesome kit. Like I said I sold 2 projects to buy the new 24 and this kit! Maybe we can convince mod19rc eventually to release more front grills and hoods. Hint hint if he sees this lol.

There will be other hoods/sides. I needed to take a breather after busting ass getting this project wrapped up. I am planning a Jeep for sure, and possibly one or two others I am thinking of.
