Default HR SCX24 axles housings & links!

Excited for these! The links and shocks too! Hopefully it’s nice, the bumper they released and wheels are horrible imo.

They have had the shocks listed for a long time and they released those lame wheels just a few weeks after listing them. The axles might be interesting if they don't mess up the design, but that's asking alot from HR. Though either way I've never liked how aluminum slides on rocks, hopefully won't be as much of an issue on smaller lighter rigs

Yeah I check every few days on the shocks, been awhile now haha

The axles I’d like for some shiny shelf queens, the aluminum links would definitely be nice over the flimsy plastic stock ones. But I 110% undoubtedly agree, HRs stuff is definitely hit or miss.

Also saw steel driveshafts, I hate HR shafts, hopefully they can make a simple steel shaft this time. Lol.

I saw the steel shafts too, was always an option with WPL shafts, but i haven't seen it done yet.
As far as the bumper, I don't think it's bad, it's basically a stock bumper with a guard, D rings in the mounts. It's pretty expensive for what it is though, and doesn't have any benefit over plastic IMO. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F123951223568

I still think the brass wheels are lame

I didn't think HR could have crapier parts until I saw the wheels. Think I will pass on the lot.

The transmission case, knuckle weights, and diff cover fit and work well.

Awesome! Thanks for the update. I might try those. The wheels are quite disappointing though as far as looks go.

I absolutely agree. They lack any detail at all.

With steel wheels and Mod 19 parts, I am not seeing a need for more weight, As it is I am nearly vertical before it reaches the pivot point. I would be more interested in a front overdrive than weight at this point. I do wish the other parts makers would take micro rigs seriously. SSD and vanquish could do good I am sure.

I was just mentioning the parts that fit well, and were more useful than the wheels
Not everyone wants to run steel wheels and many people have heavier bodies. As far as overdrive, there hasn't been any micro overdrive worm gears made available. Not sure there ever will be, but there's other ways to go about it.
