SCX24 Homebrew Jeep Gladiator body(of sorts)

I did not love my yellow stock Jeep body, this was an attempt to lower CG. With more time spent I may have been able to graft the rear window onto the cab as well. I went for a semi convertible look...if you look closely, there IS a back window in the fabric portion.
Caution : if you try this mod, the rear fender area will be quite weak, if you look at my rear fender well there is a screw at 12 o'clock....this holds a much needed support structure.

I thought it about it too.
There is a nice 1/24 Jeep model on eBay that has great specs that should fit. I was going to get it but got a hummer instead hard body

I think a 2-door Gladiator 1:1 would look better. But as for yours, it should even work a little better by lowering the cg.
